Why are recurring donations so important?
If we can achieve a monthly recurring donation income of $20,000, we will have a steady flow of income throughout the year that will allow us to afford The Land Payment, taxes and insurance annually, when combined with other fundraising efforts. It’s convenient to sign up and you can spread out your donations across twelve months of the year to make a bigger impact!
Important Dates to Remember
The Landmothers fundraising campaign will run through December 31, 2024. Thank-you gifts will be processed in July 2025 and delivered ASAP thereafter.

About the Landmothers Logo
The Landmothers logo incorporates a combination of Celtic knots — one that symbolizes mother & child and the other known as a Triquetra.
The mother & child Celtic symbol depicts an unbreakable, never-ending bond of love and life. Traditionally, the Celtic Motherhood Knot consists of two hearts interlinked with no beginning or end. One heart is lower than the first and children are often denoted by a dot, heart or another symbol inside or outside the heart design.
The Triquetra holds different meanings for different people. The meaning that seemed significant for us comes from the Wiccan tradition. They see the three points of the Celtic Triquetra relating to the nature of the Goddess as mother, maiden and crone. The mother represents creation; the maiden represents innocence and the crone symbolizes wisdom.
Some see the meaning of the Triquetra as symbolizing the three domains of earth, sea and sky. Others say the three points signify the three stages of life: life, death and rebirth.
The Triquetra has also been found at several Celtic archaeological sites along with solar and lunar symbols, so it could have a meaning relating to the lunar and solar phases.
In our symbol, you will note that the two bottom “points” of the Triquetra are replaced with an infinity symbol that is intersected by a fern. For our purposes, we see this symbolizing Landmothers — women who have taken on a particular level of responsibility towards insuring that The Land will be available for women and girls forever.
